About the Ministry
Cliff has ministered and preached the Word of God in eight different nations: Nigeria, Ghana, Brazil, Argentina, Guatemala, Colombia, Mexico, and the USA. His passion is leading people to faith in Christ, and into receiving the fullness of the Holy Spirit.
He holds both a Master’s and a Doctorate in Religious Education from Chesapeake Bible College in Ridgley, MD. Previous to that, he earned a two-year diploma in Biblical Studies and Ministry from Victory International Bible Training Center in Wilmington, Delaware.
